All charters depart from Snug Harbor Marina:
926 Ocean Dr.
Cape May, NJ
Take the Garden State Parkway south to the end (mile marker 0.) You will be at a stoplight at the foot of the Cape May Bridge. At the light,
make a left on to Ocean Drive. We are the second marina on the right (2 story building with gray cedar shakes.)
There is a sign on the front of the building that reads "Honda Marine", another that reads "Sea Craft Boats"
There is also a billboard on the road in front of the marina that reads "100 slips coming soon".
We are located at the fuel dock on the left side of the marina.

If your charter cannot sail because of unfavorable weather conditions
(as determined by the captain ONLY), it will be rescheduled or
your deposit will be refunded.
Any passenger carelessly damaging the vessel or its equipment
will be responsible for replacement and/or repair costs.
Unlawful drugs are NOT tolerated, and will result in the termination
of the charter without a refund. Hard liquor is not allowed.
However, beer is permitted in cans only, provided it is consumed
in moderation. Please refrain from cigar smoking while aboard the
Stalker. Any passenger that becomes intoxicated and out of
hand, or does not cooperate with the rules above, will subject the
charter to be terminated and returned to
the dock without refund.
Tackle
We use light tackle and only the finest aboard the Stalker. We feature rods,
reels, and tackle from SHIMANO FISHING COMPANY. Tackle, and line by WESTERN FILAMENTS TOUGH LINE XP, STERLING TACKLE, and
CM TACKLE We use bucktails from BUCKTAIL BOB'S. Our boat is outfitted
with nets, gaffs, clothing and other fine equipment by AFTCO, and AFTCO BLUEWATER. If we troll, we are using TONY MAJA’S E-Z OUT RODDER. Whatever else we need, we shop at
STERLING HARBOR on RIO GRAND BOULEVARD on the way to WILDWOOD.
All bait (with the exception on live spot), ice, and tackle are included in the cost of your charter.
Deposit
A 25 percent deposit is required on all charters. Trips are booked on a first come,
first serve basis. The balance is payable in cash prior to the boat's departure
on the day of your trip. Deposits are refundable up to ten days before your
charter. Groups that cancel within 24 hours of the trip, WILL be required to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the charter, plus 20% gratuity.
